To reduce waste our business model is Made-To-Order, meaning inventory may not be locally accessed and every order is prepared specifically for each customer resulting in longer processing times.

Due to our Made-To-Order model we do not accept returns/exchanges. Errors on our part such as wrong/defective item received by customer, will be replaced at our expense after being contacted by customer and verifying the issue.

Damages and issues
Any claims for wrong/defective item received by customer must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
